2026 Fall Fly Fishing Clinic
This years fall fly fishing clinic will be primarily focused on Euro Nymphing AKA tight lining. This style and strategy is no new thing as anglers have been fishing sub surface flies from the earliest days of the sport, what has changed is the technique, equipment and flies which makes Euro Nymphing one of the most profound and effective formats for catching and fooling trout on the planet.
The fall season is the perfect time to learn this technique as we are typically moving into trophy trout season on our local waters. Winter provides migrating rainbows and brown trout, which a best targeted at deeper depths making Euro Nymphing one of the primary forms of catching these fish. This style of fly fishing involves very specific rigging and strategy that is very much its own form or fly fishing, of which there are variations depending on the preference of the angler. Join us for a weekend of breaking down these components in an encouraging group setting with experienced leaders of the sport. Our clinics are practical and focused on spending as much time on the water possible to bring learning into function.
