2026 Spring Fly Fishing Clinic
This years Spring Clinic will be held during what I like to call miracle March on the Lower Owens, and I’ve gone back on my calander to key in on the best hatches for dry fly fishing every year and this is the time! March host hatches of caddis and mayfly and the river comes alive, making it one of the best months to have a clinic and spend a few days on the water.
This years spring clinic will be focused primarily on dry fly fishing. As spring preps us into our summer months we start to see more hatches of adults and our top water opportunities greatly increase, learning how to fish a dry fly, cast in tight positions, rig for success and match the hatch is a game changer and in my opinion the ultimate form of fly fishing. Watching a wild brown trout come sip a fly off the surface when you know you had a good cast is an incredible feeling and that what we will be targeting this year.
What you will learn/highlights for Spring 26
